Term of Service

Welcome to Jaipuria Bhawan, a property owned and operated by the Jaipuria Group. The following terms of service govern your use of the facilities and services provided by Jaipuria Bhawan, and by using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Booking and Payment: a. All bookings must be made in advance and must be accompanied by full payment. b. Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and may be subject to additional fees. c. Payments made are non-refundable except in the case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances as determined by the management.

  2. Use of Facilities: a. The facilities at Jaipuria Bhawan may only be used by registered guests or those with prior approval from the management. b. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their belongings. The management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property or injury to guests. c. The use of illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  3. Conduct: a. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of others and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. b. Any behaviour that disrupts the peace and quiet of other guests or the functioning of the facilities is strictly prohibited. c. The management reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive without refund.

  4. Liability: a. The management shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property or person resulting from the use of the facilities, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of the management. b. Guests are responsible for their own insurance coverage for personal and property damage.

  5. Miscellaneous: a. The management reserves the right to refuse service or access to any guest at any time. b. Guests may not bring any pets onto the premises without prior written approval from the management. c. The management may amend these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
