Reservation Policy

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In time is 12:00 noon, and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. If you need a different Check-In/Out time, please inform us in advance. We can accommodate your request based on room availability, which may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at Check-In. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid identification.
  • Room Tariffs: Room rates are subject to change based on demand and availability.
  • Room Upgrades: We reserve the right to upgrade your room, subject to availability.
  • Reservation Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where there appears to be fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservation seems to be the result of a mistake or error.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 10 days before Check-In: No charge.
  • 5 to 10 days before Check-In: 50% of the booking amount.
  • Less than 5 days before Check-In: 100% of the booking amount.

Additional Notes:

  • Payment Processing Charges: In the case of a full refund, there will be a deduction of approximately 5% for payment processing.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will take at least 7 days to process.

For any changes or cancellations, please provide notice at least one week prior to your scheduled Check-In date.
